These Terms govern your use of the REVEAL web application and associated services. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

REVEAL is a digital card game offering conversation prompt decks. A free deck is available without registration. Premium decks are available as one-time, lifetime licenses — no subscription required.

To purchase premium decks, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to register.

All prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you acquire a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased deck content within REVEAL.

Purchased decks are tied to your account and accessible as long as your account remains active and the service is operational.

If you have not yet accessed your purchased content, you may request a refund within 14 days by contacting support@revealcardapp.com.

All content within REVEAL — including card text, deck names, design, and branding — is the intellectual property of the operator and protected by copyright. Your purchase grants a personal license to use the content within the app only. No ownership is transferred.

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. In the event of permanent discontinuation, we will provide at least 30 days notice and offer refunds for recent purchases where applicable.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant purchase. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or claims under mandatory consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply. The place of jurisdiction is Germany, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Registered users will be notified of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
